WTF is Going On with my Display Name

I have this ugly name that I can't do anything about and the message read when I had like 20 posts that I need to reach 60 to take the Troll off. Now I am well over 60 and it's saying something different now, like I need 39 approved post. Well, can someone remove that bs restriction?
