I'm thinking that Rivera called old Norv and promised him a job as Carolina's OC if they let Carolina stomp them as they're doing today. Chud poo'd the bed for the first 12 games... Norv is an offensive genius and highly regarded as one of the best OC's in the game.

No telling, but I think that Rivera will be back next year for sure.
