thats stupid. John Elway and the broncos right now.

I'm pretty fuging sure John Elway has won two superbowls and is one of the greatest QB's of all time with a degree from Stanford, Delhomme should never be compared to Elway, nor is he as smart as Elway.

The past is the past? That's a weird thing to say for somebody who can't seem to get over the past. So we didn't win a superbowl under Jake Delhomme. It's 2012, how are you still butt-frustrated over that?

What on earth are you talking about? The past is the past, just because it is the past doesn't mean I'm prohibited from talking about the past while hopeful for the future.

What an interesting concept. like what Cam is doing by wearing the Delhomme Jersey?

He's simply acknowledging the past. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

Beurlein?

I was wondering if someone was going to call me on that one. Yes Beurlein was a very good QB for us and I wish we stayed with him longer than we did. Thank Seifert for that one. He had a few strong seasons for us, however, did we get to the playoffs, did he have as many come from behind victories with him as Jake, did we get the same cardiac attack from his seasons with the panthers vs Jakes seasons.

I also know that the team was different then with a different coach and players. He really never had a start running back or a very balanced offense because of it. Because of that Jakes would have never had the chance to put up the numbers the Steve did.

There’s not a game that goes by when i see Steve as a commentator that I don’t look back and say what if we kept him for a few more seasons. My second favorite QB for the Panthers, Jakes still my first and cam is rising fast.

Steves best play. QB sneek 4th QTR 4 Yard line agaisnts the Steelers for the win. Epic. I never would have thought the old man had it in him.

I'm not comparing jd to elway skill wise. I'm giving you an example of when old qbs who have had success come back good things happen. There's a difference
