I would compare our situation to Cleveland when they got Lebron James. Of course before they drafted him they had pretty good teams and a few hall of famers, however, once they drafted what was to be the next great player the team became based around him. Same thing with the bulls (Jordan) and the Lakers(kobe). This is just how sports works sometimes.
