I don't like the elf "watching my kid" thing. But I do think the ideas are fun and cute. If I used it for my kid it wouldn't be to get her to be good. She's nearly 12 now so it wouldn't work anyway.

Our elf is a girl (aka, they painted two very small earrings on the ears)...and so I had her throwing up in the toilet the other day.

That is a good one. I got a text photo from my neighbor the other night. Their elf is named "Tranny" and he was doing Santa Claus on the back of a reindeer motorcycle.
