I also think Cam had one of his better games.

I think its important to note when our offense can sustain drives we are giving them less opportunities to score.In addition,even w/o the Ron's, our tackles did not give them the running yardage as we did the first game. Chud seemed to be dialing up some of the same plays but we seemed to execute them better.Our scub DBs were not so scrubby and played really well considering who they were covering.The coaches seemed to keep the foot on the pedal and not play as soft as we have in the past.Finally,TD came up with a huge pick that allowed us to finish them off

Crazy thing is this seem to happen over and over every year. We always find ways to play strong at the end of the season. We beated Houston late last season even though the had a rookie QB, but was still a very good team. Now we beat these Failcons.

well, if you're gonna pick a part ofthe season to kick it into high gear late is better than early. makes for better post season runs.

of course by the time we hit our stride its too little too late. i hope the next coaching staff will get them winning earlier so we aren't eliminated so early in the season.

i do think that if this team plays like this and the coaching staff is as aggressive to the end of the game that we win most games. i just don't trust this staff to do it consistently enough.

I agree and for the sake of me I cannot understand how the coaches had it so wrong at the beginning of the year.I know that bring a young QB along is not easy but we just did not look like a well coached team

I agree. Only if we can split the first half of the season like a 4-4 record, then it's good to push a late season run. But if we always pull out these losing records in the beginning of the season, there's no point pulling out late runs.

yep. going at least .500 is complete acceptable the first half of the season, but then you better kick it into high gear. only problem being .500 halfway thru is it leaves you with very little room for error.
