Really pleased with how much this kid has grown up this season. You can see in his body language and hear in his voice just how much he loves to play this game and how much this win meant to him and this franchise. Over the last couple months I think he has noticeably matured and developed into a leader of this team and I can't wait to see where we go from here.

Loved his response to the question about 'being in the zone.'

He has tons of respect for Thomas Davis; as should everyone on this roster which was nice to hear.

Cam Newton is my quarterback and I couldn't be happier about it.

      They reached for Pickett, so they are not immune to it.  I could see that as well.  I just think the Colts are flying under the radar and they have been too quiet concerning their QB situation--of course, they could think Jones is their guy (they had a good one named Jones a long time ago) but I think they are done with the Richardson experiment.   Even if I believed in Jones, I would still draft a QB--I also read one mock that said the Jets would take Sanders if he falls to 7---I disagree, but I was once wrong and it still bothers me.

      I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
