During the 2 minute break at the end, Cam went up to the defense on the field while the Falcons were driving and gave them all words of encouragement, tapping them on the shoulders and motivating them.

He was also working on his throws on the sidelines a lot during downtime.

He's growing as a leader, big time.

Thats what you want to see

Saw this yesterday as well. I even pointed it out to my buddy who was at the game with me.

I have really seen a difference in Cam's actions in the last few week and it is great to see. Definitely looks like he is growing as a leader if this team.
