You want young talents with a lot of veterans. Look at Baltimore (Harbaugh) and Steelers (Tomlin). Sure they weren't big names when hired but look at a Fisher and his Rams this year. He has a lot of young talents (Bradford, Long, Quinn etc) but very little veterans. That's a big reason why the Rams are at they are. Improving but not yet close a contender.
