Assume we can replace those starters with average starters in this league, who do you cut? What positions would be the biggest upgrade to just average?

I like James Anderson and don't mind him staying, but for purposes of this exercise he would go. Jason Phillips played fairly well in relief against KC, and I can't remember the last time James made a play. Also, with Kuechly at the Mike, James has become an.expensive 2-down LB. For his contract, I would look for either bigger production or go cheaper.
