I've been stressing that all year. We really do need to focus on bringing in a high quality free agent if we are going to really turn the page!

I'm eager to see who we sign this offseason, before we do anything about Rivera and his crew.

I think Rivera and his crew should be released immediately after our last game of the season, This season. And yes we do need good players, but it starts with Management.

Was it reported he didn't like us? I always thought he wanted to graduate from Stanford. I would have at least.

Not reported of course, but obviuos. I assume he would have declared for some other teams. You don't risk an NFL career and millions of green when you are already the sure No. 1 pick and your stock can't rise any higher. That would be stupid. In my eyes he clearly did not like us and waited for a "better" team. But maybe he really liked the idea of becomming an architect and risking serious injuries. Who knows for sure. I am done with him.
