Any HR folks up in here?

Got a few jobs I have posted for internally and my mgr is saying I might need to add some keywords for more hits. Each one I'm def qualified for but the last few jobs I had at BofA it was truly who you know.

I got the one at Wells right now from a contact.

So what I'm looking for is does any HR types know about keyword software or are there common word association that i can do better with?

My dad said he used have to hit Ctrl-A then select a black font because people would imbed key words in white font that would get their resume pinged.

I always use Alt+F4... It helps you pick out words more than seven characters and lets you select, copy, paste all of them...

They're probably telling you to use specific words that they are using in the job description...
