I'm tryna go into international defense and security, so now I have someone to hit up if I need some advice in terms of schooling, right?

Look into the Masters of Homeland Security Program and San Diego State. Excellent and experienced staff with massive networking opportunities. Nearly everyone in the program is already involved and employed in the homeland security field in one way or another and the professors are great sources of knowledge and all have connections of their own. It is one of just a couple homeland security programs in the country and I believe it is unparalleled. The staff they have assembled is legit and it is very close to the Mexican border which makes for a good field study experience if you opt to go that route. Just google the program and check out their website for yourself.

I'll definitely look into it. Is it just the internal security program that is good, or is the international program good too?

I'm currently a geography & peace, war, and defense (essentially international relations) double major at UNC right now. I was thinking of going up to DC after finishing my undergrad work, because I feel like the profs would definitely be able to help me find legit internships in DC. I have dreams of working for a certain intelligence agency that may or may not be centralized.
