When I asked him about the days off at Christmas..he just says "Christmas Eve and Christmas Day"...I said, "Well, I'm using the rest of my vacation days and taking the rest of the week off"...

That sucks, rollover weeks rock. Working from home today, won't be back to work until Monday. Maybe. Might work from home in December.
