Barring injury we will have the best RB tandem in the NFL this year. DWill is Barry Sanderesque and will have a very very very successful NFL career.

No AP is the best. DeAngelo will have to have another season like past to be considered #1 UNLESS AP has another year like his past 2. And what about Frank Gore? He still puts up over 1,000 yards behind an AWEFUL O-line each year.

Agree with those who say he needs to do it again before he can be considered a consistently good back.

I think it goes beyond getting a 1000 yards though which is really only 62 yards a game. That can be a starting point but you need more. It should be based on yards per attempt and situational stats like percentage of 3 and shorts made, first down runs, number of 20+ yard runs, Tds, fumbles, etc.

i like the guy just as much as the next guy....well maybe not as much as some of you guys do, but he has to do it again in order to be considered the best.
