I've felt this bad about plenty of our games this season. They've been excruciating. The Bears game earlier this season was just as bad as this in my mind. Falcons game and Seahawks games are right up there too. We still actually had a chance at that point. I mean the season was over already before the game started today. Doesn't make the loss any less painful for me, but like I've said Sunday's have been brutal this season.

Today I felt like we had a win, I really did, but I've felt that way so many times now I've just become numb to getting my heart ripped out.

The last time I was truly crushed by a loss? Yeah, the Cardinals game. I was literally sick, and felt hurt.

Geez, guys, when Tampa got the ball back I told my wife that I wouldn't be surprised if we find a way to lose. No surprises here. I am beyond feeling low after a loss this year. The Falcons and Bears loss pretty much were the low points for me. And the crushing defeat at the hands of Denver ended my illusions (err, delusions).

Get a grip! At least we'll probably get a top 5 pick, and a high second round pick.

The outing featured some lively 7-on-7 action, including a jawing match between starting quarterback Bryce Young and Pro Bowl cornerback Jaycee Horn. That energy may remind Panthers fans of the infamous Cam Newton-Josh Norman fight at training camp 10 years ago. The two got physical after Norman picked off and stiff-armed Newton in the face, prompting quite a scuffle and—in what's become franchise lore—the team's run to Super Bowl 50. Horn also spoke about Young's chatter following practice. "He talkin' trash every day," Horn said with a smile.       It would be so amazing to find a dependable young kicker about the Butker debacle. I really thought Renfrow was just going to be a nice TC story. Really appears hes got a legit chance to make the roster and contribute

It was a similar situation to Tremble where the medical staff introduced an opportunity to help him.  Unrelated but previously noted by  @theobserver : Canales praises JT Sanders for coming back this offseason in great shape.
