What about a Marc Ross/Perry Fewell package deal?

I just want a coach and GM both that are experienced and know what it takes. Heck, with the offensive talent we have, do we really need an offensive minded coach or will a coach that knows how to manage a game and a team be better for us?

I'll take Ross, but head coach is TBD. Rivera is in over his head and will make a heck of a DC for some team next year. Lets just let this play out and see whos on the market after the season. If we get a great GM, he will land us a great coach.

didn't we just try that with rivera?
