i don't know about JR. dude brought us to a superbowl and multiple playoff games in a relative short span. the common denominator is marty hurney and i think jerry's willingness to actually go out and hire a consultant for the new GM search is a very positive sign he's taking this poo serious and that he understands exactly what the problem has been.
