No doubt if you let it, it will affect you. You either expect the worst and hope for the best and then you aren't disappointed when we lose because you expected it... OR, you go the other way and spend a majority of your week planning around the game and then being an a-hole towards everyone you know after we lose.

You just need to get over the hump. I didn't feel anything at all watching the last few minutes of today's game. That's what this team has done to me. I'm totally numb to our failings.

I think the next time I feel real emotion for the Panthers will be the day JR fires this staff. And oh, that will be so, so, sweet.

It isn't very effective.

Causality at it's finest.

I'm actually the opposite. I don't feel depressed or upset about these losses anymore. I've just come to accept that this is what our team will be like for the rest of the season. I believe they call it learned helplessness.
