I remember during the lockout, JR and Woody Johnson did not want to pay them and just holdout with the replacements. You have to wonder if the refs took a mental note of that.

No, they're just terrible. Watch some other games. They're universally terrible. The NFL should've just kept them locked out and replaced them.
