Some people we should keep: Jon Beason, Chris Gamble, Ryan Kalil, Thomas Keiser, Nate Ness, Kenny Onatolu, Kealoha Pilares, Mike Pollak, Tauren Poole, Lee Ziemba.

Sounds like a Beason fan who has his feelings hurt that the future took his candy.

they shouldn't fire rivera to get better, the season is shot anyways, everyone knows that. They should fire Rivera to let everyone know that we're in the hunt for an HC and so we can pinpoint if he really was the issue or not, and to let the fans and the world know that we're not content with subpar bullshit

I am not convinced that Rivera is gone yet... I mean, there really isn't a coach on the staff that would any better and the only coach with HC experience is Shula so I don't quite understand how firing Rivera now would do any good.

i could coach this team better than RR.. i think half of us here could.. he needs to go and take chuds college play book with him.

Rivera does need to go, but for the same reason we should have fired Fox instead of letting him ride out his lame duck season, it sends a message to the locker room that mediocrity is acceptable. We are still recovering from that mindset and allowing this to continue only further cements that notion in some players' heads. Just as players need to be held accountable, so does Rivera. When players fail to get the job done they are taken off the field and benched (i.e. Joe Adams), the same needs to be said for the coaches, if they aren't getting the job done then why continue putting them out on the field?
