-Multimedia improvements, interacts with your TV shows somehow, you'll have to look this one up cuz I don't remember the details

-the Gamepad is the biggest one, Touchscreen+cameras+microphones+buttons, adds new gameplay possibilities, look up some tech demos/reviews

-Nintendo games
