My big worry is that this will have the 'David Carr effect' on Newton.

There may come a point where the best thing they can do for him is to sit him.

Be sure to link all the articles praising our defense's performance against Manning tonight and tomorrow. A defense that gets 1, not 2, not 3, but 1 sack against a guy who puts up 300 yards on 70% and has his way all day is sure to get a lot of ink.

Can you really look at how Denver's D played then look at ours and think its the same? Their D actually scored and dominated. Ours just doesnt suck as bad as last year, so yall overhype them.

You don't help the Oline by doing sideway runs and being in the shotgun 85% of the time. You go in power sets put Cam under center 65% to 70% of the time and run the ball north and south.

Agree he should be under center, but the power running isn't working either. We just don't have the beef to do it.

If your getting to atleast 3rd and 5 it's better then 3rd and 10. I would rather beat up on a small dline for 3 yards at a time because as the game goes on it gets better.
