Let me ask you a question. Does evevryone who buys tickets from Panthers.com. Ticketmaster, Stubhub or buy PSLs from the team have to sign something disclosing they are, in fact, a fan of the Panthers? If I get an offer for the PSLs, you want me to not take a reasonable offer unless it's from a Panther fan? Child, please. Half the corporate PSLs sold are handed out to clients from out of town on business or just as a schmooze tool. I guess it's okay for those corporate PSL owners, but not me, huh?

I'm a PSL owner. Have been since '95. Attended all but three (3) games until the 2010 season...

Good post. I don't blame you at all, especially after the big F-U given to the fans by JR in 2010.

If the Panthers put a good product on the field and consistently do all they can to maximize the potential of the franchise, the fans will come and stay. Worst case, should a fan no longer be able to attend for whatever reason, the PSL's will still be a hot item because of the heightened fan interest.

How anyone could criticize someone that invested so much time and money as this gentleman did is beyond me.

Also its important to note that this is the system (PSLs) that the Panthers chose to employ. The main downside to the PSL system is you cant sell them when the team sucks (the last 3 years) because of the loss in value. So what do you do? The team is all but guaranteed the money and the PSL owner is left with garbage. Any team that employs a PSL system and sucks is going to have these same problems.
