"Do I need to help you read a revenue chart, son?"

You think Manning has that at the back of his mind this week? How about: "What do you know about player safety?"

Not that Manning needs more motivation, but he doesn't strike me as the type to forget being belittled by Richardson during last year's discussions during the CBA. I know that Manning is too classy to ever admit it, but I know that this has to be at the back of his mind as he comes to BOA stadium. Some can simply brush Jerry Richardson comments as political posturing, but there was a decidedly condescending tone to Richardson's comments that an intelligent man like Manning would never forget---the kind that would want Manning to stick it to the crotchety old man as Peyton airs it out on Sunday.

I can see both ways. I'm sure Peyton knows that JR is well respected by his players and I doubt he took much insult as I am sure many things were said during the negotiations.

At the same time it hasn't been forgotten completely and I'm sure all the Denver players know that Fox wants this.

Fortunately we probably have the best momentum we have had all season and OUR players know how much it would mean to beat Fox.

i think many are forgetting this, ignoring it, or just don't think it matters.

these guys are more motivated than they've been in a long time, though.

it means more to the panthers than it does to the broncos and i could care less about fox anymore other than he's the enemy now and i want him to go down...same with peyton. i want him eating grass and begging for mercy.
