Can't help you with the cheap part, but these are all that I wear.

Very scratch resistant, durable, and are unreal on the water.

You can buy a ton of sunglasses at the JR Cigar Outlet in Statesville - I'd always go and get 30 of them when going back to college after visiting Charlotte.

Any decent drugstore. Just make sure you can't see your eyes when looking in the mirror and u know you have good uv protection.

If you can't see yourself in the mirror at all I would consider joining the cast of true blood as an "expert consultant".

I paid $2 for my sunglasses at OfficeMax about 12 years ago. Still in great shape.
