Wide receivers go low and lower their helmets all the time. The offensive players are just as much to blame. Their poor technique and reckless play is never addressed.

This is how I felt on the call that benefited us near the goalline last week... I've seen it happen in a few pro and college games and do not agree...

WR catches the ball, and starts falling towards the ground... where the defender strike zone would be is not where the wr head is because he is falling towards the ground. Because both are happening at the same time it is almost impossible to avoid helmet to helmet contact because the WR dropped their head, or fell into your strike zone.

I hate that.
