But in all seriousness there's no reason to blow up the talent on this team, but we do need new leadership on the coaching and management side, no doubt as Rivera isn't HC material.. and some of these ridiculous contracts need to go as well, or at least be restructured, a la TD58 style, we need leadership change, and I'm glad we're getting it
