Direction I'd like to see this team go...

If Keenan Allen is there you have to take him I think. We can easily somehow get into the third to get a safety, good players there this year not elite. There are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many good OT OT/G prospects this year a damn good one will be there early in round 2. Barrett Jones and Dallas Thomas are two that I expect to be there with Joeckel, Matthews, Lewan, Warmack, Fluker, and Brennan Williams being top talent.

I understand some fans wanting to bring in line help. Absolutely the trenches have to be solid. But when I step back and look at this team I see some bright spots on OLine (Kalil, Bell, Silatlou). DLine (CJ....maybe, and Alexander). We have decent skill players on offense. Our LBs are a strong group w/ Kuechly in the middle...

But I look at that secondary and I just don't see any answers. We have limited room to work with in regards to the cap....I realize what I'm saying to drafting all DB is putting your eggs in one basket...but that would be one F*cking good basket...you get a shutdown guy...a good deep ball defender...and a guy that crushes people over the middle....and our D gets us off the field and back into Cams hands...

When I look at this team I see the ball in Cam's hands until he drops it after getting raped in 2 seconds, just like our RB's get raped in the backfield. No blocking offensively, DLine is fine, if we need help on D it's in the secondary (obviously we have to fix the FS position) but in my opinion Cam needs time and our RB's although tough cannot run through walls every play. I also think a lot of us here have noticed that Smitty needs help and is declining and Lafell while serviceable is just that. I do not understand the DT talk, it is just dumb. The Edwards wall+Kuechly have the run game under control right now.

Hire Marc Ross to GM.

Hire Chip Kelly to HC.

Promote Steve Wilks to DC, and Mike Shula to OC. This most likely wouldn't happen with a new HC/GM but those two deserve promotions.

New special teams coach obviously.

Pick up a vet corner and a vet NT in free agency.

Draft Sam Montgomery or Star Loutulei with our first pick. And take Tony Jefferson or TJ MacDonald in the second.

Win a superbowl.

Some player have gotten deals but the list shows a majority of the player who will be FA. The CB list is very interesting.

And more food for thought...there may not be a single guy on that list that signs for more than we are scheduled to pay Chris Gamble next year.

All I want for Christmas is a #1 wide receiver. Why is the redzone offense teribble? Let me count the ways. Our primary target in the redzone is the same height as my younger sister, Our qb lacks short accuracy something obviously not being worked on in practice, our offensive line can't open a hole with jack hammer, and our offensive coordinator well don't make me say it...

HE'S A MORON!!!!
