We have lost the GM and by the end of the season we will more than likely be without a coaching staff.

I was listening to the pregame show on Fox and I believe it was Johnson was saying someone needed to come in and blow up this team.This suggestion from some in the huddle and media to me is a knee jerk reaction of what needs to change.I agree we have some players whose contracts need to be evaluated based on what we are paying them versus their value but other than that we have some very good young talent.This is not a team that needs to be rebuilt but retooled,coached and added talent at several positions.I see to many people taking their frustrations out on players when it should be the coaches

To play teams like Atlanta and the Bears with balance on defense and offense shows me we have some talent.

We have a lot of babies, that it part of the problem.

We have some decent players, but I think they just don't have the heart anymore. They have been paid handsomely to lose for years and I think they are fine with it. Old dog, new tricks....and all that.
