The Play where Smith fell and Chicago got a pick 6. Not sure calling a short timing route backed up was the smartest play to call. Screen/play action would have been better. A timing route is very risky in that area. Wasnt Cams fault. However, what I havnt seen by Cam much at all, is an audible. So either he is doing exactly what the OC tells him, or hes not reading defenses. Either way, they gotta let Cam QB. He was a Game Manager out there today.

I whole-heartedly agree with the OP. You don't call an out, with your back against your own EZ. If you do, you risk what we saw happen.
