Thought he was unemployed. Saw something that said he works for NFL Network but didn't see what he does. Haven't seen him on there myself so I don't know what his role is now.

He's on NFL AM a lot now, doing a segment called "Front Office View" or something along those lines.

Might seem like a tough thing to answer, but that question actually becomes a whole lot easier to figure out once you answer this question...

Who do you want as our new GM?

If it's someone from the Giants like Marc Ross or Kevin Abrams, then you should be hoping for Ernie Accorsi in the consultant role.

Want a guy from Cheeseland like Russ Ball or John Dorsey? Then Ron Wolf is your man (bear in mind his son Ron works for the Packers too). Andrew Brandt would be an option here as well.

Hoping to pull from the Steelers or Eagles? Executive Director of BLESTO Scouting Tom Modrak has been a successful part of both. Modrak might himself be considered as a GM option, but if Richardson wants someone who's never been a GM before (and that's consistent with his MO) then Modrak is a way more likely choice for consultant than GM.

Think the AFC West is the place to look? Who knows the AFC West better than former Chiefs GM Carl Peterson?

So who do you want helping the Panthers find their guy?

I was on the Carl Peterson bandwagon but now I am moving towards Ron Wolf and Ernie Accorsi. I think either of these guys would get the job done in finding a good GM for us.
