My comment was more directed at others than it was to you. If the team sucks yeah might as well suck the most, that makes sense. However, wanting to tank the season at this point instead of trying to win out doesn't

In order to succeed you need 1 - 2 things

1) Franchise QB

2) Great Coaching Staff

A great coaching staff and come in and turns things around right a way. Look at San Fran.

As of now I am not sold on our coaching staff. Add Cam for that matter. Although I think coaching is hampering him. He needs to master quick read, short routes, and 3 step drops. He also needs to be allowed to call and audible his own plays.

if we do get a really early pick i'd like to see us do that as well.

no more trading up if trades are to be made at all in the draft.

i'd honestly like to see us do a lot of trading in the draft.

trade back the first couple rounds to pick up more picks in this and next year's drafts and use our picks past the second round to trade for proven vet talent.

First, we need a great GM. Not a good one but a great GM. One that has a keen eye for great players and a good concept on how to utilize the salary cap and negotiate.

At this point I don't see us getting 8 wins but I still think we'd be ok in the draft as long as we got a great GM.

We also really need a leader at starting QB and so far I don't see it in Cam..
