Can Rivera change your mind about firing him...

We have been competitive. Sort of. So if we can become more consistent Rivera may just keep his job.

We have cut down the penalties. We have played better on D and ST. We have added some talent. We just cannot seem to stop shooting ourselves in the foot. Once that ends, the wins will come. If that is with Rivera, I am fine with that.

Yeah showing emotion on the sideline is overrated. These are grown men/professionals. The rah-rah stuff is ok if that's your style, but it's clearly not Coach Rivera's style.

It's about looking prepared come game time, managing the clock better, and putting your players in a position to be successful. Show me that, and I'll keep you around another year. If not, see ya.

Huddle today: win more games you're good in my book.

Huddle in December: you went 6-10, ruined our draft position, still underachieved and didn't improve from last year. GTFO

This is really my fear... We'll win just enough to FUG our draft order. I've already said it, but you possibly will be right

I like the guy and after watching the last 2 pressers I feel for him. Not sure if I want him gone yet or not. It really matters not what we want, but I hope he turns it around and saves his job. The one unknown we have is none of us have any idea what JR has said to Rivera after Hurney was let go. Maybe he was told his job is safe, maybe not.
