Were you fasting before the blood work was drawn? Never go by one set of lab work...errors happen often. Worst case you could have cirrhosis from some origin ( alcohol, hepatitis) or cancer.

I worked with transplanted livers for a long time - you can almost sneeze and drive your enzymes up like that. Exercise or similar cardiac stresses will frequently cause singular spikes (stresses over insurance testing for example), so it's nothing to worry about until it continually comes back high. If you're concerned, take it easy for a week or two and then have it checked again.
