Will players play harder?

I have a hard time imagining them putting forth the extra effort. The players are slowly buying out of Rivera's system, and are even questioning the ownership of this team. The players all want to see change, and they know that starts with the coaches and not the GM. I sense the players are losing faith quickly in this team and I don't see anything that's going to change that around any time soon. This season feels exactly like the Bucs season last year. I hope I'm wrong though.

Players are not sheep.

They can participate in their meetings with suggestions to make things better. There is nothing about their coaching staff that makes me thing they would not listen.

They can bitch and take their pay checks and go home or they can look at this positively and try and help the situation.

It's up to them.

Cam, if the read option is not working and you want to try something else. Open your mouth. To your coaches, not the press Smith, D-will, Stewart, Gross, stand up and open your mouths in the locker room to the coaches and in the mtg rooms.

Same for the defense.

Stop talking to the outside and start doing on the inside.

I'm sick and tired of this victim mentality with this pro players. If they aren't part of the solution they are part of the problem. That goes for Newton, that goes for all of them.

Rivera, get into the game. Talk to your players DURING the game and make the coordinators adjust to reality. That is your job, to think when others don't and can't.

..and if Rivera isn't listening, he deserves to be fired.
