Google Chrome Issue...

O.K. so I have a really strange problem with google chrome on my desktop. This weekend, while browsing the huddle on chrome I went to reply to a post. The quote came up then disappeared, and I was not able to type anything in the text box. Now whenever I try to utilize a text box it doesn't register any text being inputted. It's absolutely maddening because of my extreme hatred for IE/Mozilla. So my question is, has anyone had this happen before, or has any ideas about how to resolve it? I know it's not a chrome issue, because it works fine on my laptops, ipad, etc. I've tried clearing cookies, browsing data, app data etc, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Also, I even rolled back to an older version and had the same problem. I honestly have no fuging clue what it is, and hope someone here can help me.

EDIT: It works fine when I'm in incognito windows so still confused as fug. Right now I guess I'm going to run in incognito, it just becomes annoying having to log into my account every time on my personal desktop. So hopefully somebody knows what the issue is, or has some kind of hunch....

Think I resolved the issue. Culprit seemed to be an extension called "DownloadnSave"...
