Cam beat his team back in college. He has had trouble winning in the pros. It only makes sense to bring in "Competition". Doesn't it?

Plenty of young QBs don't go to the playoffs. How many of those teams redraft a QB to bring in competition?

A franchise QB does not guarantee playoffs. You still need a team around him. Wasting precious resources on "Competition" for your Franchise QB is counterproductive. Simple and Plain.

If and when your Franchise QB flames out. That is the only time you go back to the drawing board.

You use those resources to build your Franchise QB a competent team. Not for another QB because a few fans think he needs "Competition". That is just too silly to be this many pages.

Yep you guys are right on that. Got the Rams mixed up with the Seahawks a couple of years ago. The last game of their season decided if they went to the playoffs or not. No one is perfect.

Me personally? I see a bright future. When the stench of mediocrity is finally washed away. This team is going to be special. Cam included.

I guess I should have been more specific. Because that is what I was refering to. We all knew, well most of us knew, that the Rams have not been to the playoffs in quite a while. Sorry, no ones perfect.
