owner undercutting credibility of GM and Coaches

Wrong. Owner needs to be responsible and cut bait with shitty GM's and coaches and Players.

listen to the link before saying this statement is wrong.

I'm all for cleaning house, btw. The link is a story about Jerry interfering with Davidson when he was OC. Basically, smith didn't like the way Davidson talked to him, so smith went directly to JR. JR then told Davidson to no longer talk to smith, and that he would be fired if he did.

Dude......our gm/coaches we're undercutting the credibility of the Big Cat. Big Cat as long been revered, respected, and admired by the city of Charlotte and the Carolina's in general. He's always been willing to spend the money on personnel. He's protected the tax payers as long as he's owned the team (even though the city is now approaching them.) Now over the past year the fan base as tried to paint the portrait that he's a bad, out of touch owner. I know a few years ago when he went over the finances of the team during the lockout he was painted as senile. I actually found it to be quite articulate despite his good ol boy way of speaking. He's a fugging great owner. We're the 11th most valuable franchise when it comes to any sports team on earth. He wants to win and he's got a great spirit. He's not worried about fattening his pockets he wants to do two things.

One.....win before he dies.

Two...Make sure never has to worry about his middle class employees losing their jobs.

He's not perfect. I think he knows in retrospect that he chose the wrong man when it came to the disagreements Fox and Hurney were having. I don't think we would have let go of Fox knowing what he knows now. Who of us would?

He is showing us right now that he cares, he is willing to make the tough decisions, and that while patient....is willing to pull the plug on what people called "a yes man."

Now Mr Big Cat please finish the job by really investing in this overhaul. Please get us a coach who's name carries respect.
