I looked it up and the local affiliates are required to show away games if they are considered in the regional market (as greensboro is). They are not required to show the home games. -

It's crazy the blackout thing still exists. The local networks play whoever will get views. I think it's all in the broadcast deals they have with the NFL. The viewers dictate who they air by who they think will tune in. It's not been an issue here since early days that I know of.
