I don't blame McDermott much, if anything, his side of the ball has the lease amount of talent.

He pissed me off twice today, and that was when he chose not to blitz on 2&20, but then he turned around and blitzed on 3&9. Oh and the Godfrey safety blitzes from 15 yards out.

You're right, but guys like Gross, Gamble, Beason, and D-Lo have to take a pay cut. I also would draft a Left Tackle, move Gross to the right, and keep Bell at RG.
