Cam's attitude, Rivera, and Hurney are the main things wrong with this team. Yet basically, the coaching is the worst of them all. I truly believe if we ran this team as though Derek was the QB (this means we cut out the options altogether), we would be 5-1 right now.

LOL...What is see are fans who are afraid to call out their star players on their team, so they project all of their anger unto their QB. Everything you find wrong with other players, instead of calling them out, you project it unto Cam.

I don't expect much from our defense. The only improvement we made there was Kuechly, yet even then we didn't put him at his natural position at the beginning of the year. We only have one great receiver in Smitty. I'm impressed with LaFell's play, and Olsen has been playing his heart out. Our running game sucks because we run a college offense. Basically everything wrong with our offense is this coaching staff. The only thing I'm mad at with Cam, is him taking in this kind of playcalling from the coaches.

Like I said in the OP, Cam has more expectations than most young players because he is our QB. The most important position in all sports. (All American sports) Who cares if they question him about questioning the staff. He is already taking in criticism of not being a good QB. I feel this staff is putting him in this position, so he has every right to confront them.

You expect very little out of 21 players, but expect a whole lot out of 1. Every week it's a different excuse as to why you're upset at Cam. But not so much the rest of your team.

Kuechly is one man. What happen to the back ups. This is the same lame excuse you folks used last year when your defense sucked.

Is Steve Smith playing for himself or the team? And why isn't anyone getting on his case when he plays bad. Why isn't anyone demanding that he steps up and help Cam and the rest of the team, especially since he's the team Captain and all.

When Blaine played bad, the media and everyone demand the Vet, Jones, to stept up and help Blaine. But on this team, the Vet receiver gets treated like a DIVA. Where it seems all about him and you folks rationalize it.

IMO, every player is playing for their paycheck, including Smitty. They ALL need to step up their game. And when the QB gets in a jam, it's their job to bail him out. Plain and simple. Teams that have winning records share that attitude. Don't get why the Panthers don't.

A team can have a struggling side and still win if every man is on the same mental plain. Why can't the Panthers? Demanding a mistake free QB is not going to propel you into the winner's circle. It hasn't happened yet.

Steve is on record of wanting to get rid of these plays, I've yet to here Cam say this. Cam is the leader of the team, whether you like it or not. So as leader, he have to hold guys accountable. This also includes the coaching staff. So if he is not saying anything, then I criticize him on that.

Here is my list:

1 Our offensive line needs to be rebuilt from the ground up

2 1 maby 2 D linemen than can get off their blocks and get to the QB

3 Have someone who is not Chud call plays.

4 A good CB Someone at least as good as gamble

5 A tall WR with good hands, or a TE with the same

6 Better players at Safety ( unfortunately to only way to get good a good safety is Free Agency)

Cam isnt the reason for our failure. Honestly if we threw pickles in there it would be a worse result. Dwill is still a great running back but if not used correctly (like the past 2 years) he is useless to the offense. Cam is a great asset and he can make great accurate passes but the playbook is filled with PA off the read option and runs off the read options. Everything revolves around the read option. The only option I care about is canning the option and treat cam as if he cant run when he wants to and treat him like if Derek Anderson or Pickles was in the game.

Here is a question, why does it seem week in and out you folks find something wrong with Cam, complains about it and the next minute, another team is doing the exact same thing and getting better results? It's like everytime you don't get the result you want blame Cam or throw out that play. Those are the only two modes that seem to be a theme with you folks.

When will you wake up? The sad thing is, the media wants to see Cam fail so badly,for no apparent reason except their over-driven egos, that they will never call out the Panthers and demand the team fix their issues. They will simply find ways to spin every lost as Cam's fault and spend endless hours criticizing and mocking him. And what do fans like you do, join in because you don't want to face reality.

Blaine played bad one week. media NEVER attacked him and blamed him for the Jags lost. Instead they blamed the ENTIRE TEAM and demanded the receivers and O-line step up their game. The following week, the team wins. Amazing how that works.

In all honesty...here is a reality check. The only job of your QB is to stear your team to VICTORY..If your team has been broken for sometime and has yet to be fixed, no matter how much you scream at the QB, your team will not go anywhere.
