Not sure of your point. The Dolphins had Marino and won zero, but we'd all love to win consistently......something this team had never done. I'm pretty sure Dungy would have us sitting at better than 1-5 at this point. This staff seems fail at knowing how to use the players they have to the best of their abilities.

I think more emphasis on power run game could help Cam. That being said can the patchwork line block. I am pretty discouraged with the direction of the team so far. I fell for the hype. We still have a lot of holes to fill. Not sure why the panthers paid two running backs top starter money for the way we use them.

It's who we are.

Panthers cut guys that cant even make our roster, who start for other teams. We do not rule the trenches, nor to we draft that way.

Only the Giants, Steelers, etc draft both sides of the lines consistently high. We have no identity as a team. We sign RB's like they are gold bullion, but don't run an offense that utilizes them. We cannot pass block, run block, tackle consistently or rush the passer.

Cam got a ton of press last season when he exceeded hopes, he is getting the same amount this season when the team underacheives. It is the nature of the beast. He is the QB. Carson Palmer squandered the best years of his career with an organization that made dumb move after dumb move. If you are a Panther fan, you just get used to it.

Completely agree, we actually ran the ball better at times today... Play calling still isn't good, our base offense is still that stupid read-option and Cam made some bad throws at times, but our oline pretty much got murdered today. That's why Cam had a good amount of rushing yards today, because he got yardage on scrambles during passing plays.

At least we were consistently mediocre under Fox, which occasionally led to a playoff birth every now and then, rather than be consistently sh*tty under Rivera.
