However he was in the playoffs many many times. Once you get to the playoffs the SB is right there to be taken. I believe that is successful at this level. Only one team can win the SB every year and the average career especially in one spot is not incredibly long.

Not sure of your point. The Dolphins had Marino and won zero, but we'd all love to win consistently......something this team had never done. I'm pretty sure Dungy would have us sitting at better than 1-5 at this point. This staff seems fail at knowing how to use the players they have to the best of their abilities.
