As much as I hate losing a coaching staff this early in the process. If this season tanks, I could get behind a new hire. We are not that far from being competitive. If Rivera and Co. can't get er done. I would rather not wait another year to bring in a new staff.

IMO, the only problem with THIS staff is that they are having a really tough time figuring out what to do with Cam. In a copycat league, the only copying we are doing is those college playbooks. Please get Cam a big boy offense.
