Aqib Talib strikes again

The Bucs released a statement Wednesday indicating that some discipline could be forthcoming for Aqib Talib after he hit teammate Torrie Cox with his helmet on the minicamp practice field.

"We are discussing the specifics of this situation and will provide and update as we proceed," the statement reads. This isn't quite Ken Lucas vs. Steve Smith, but it's close. A one-game suspension isn't out of the question.

Coach Raheem Morris said Thursday that Aqib Talib's punishment for striking Torrie Cox in the face with his helmet has been handled "in house."

It appears no suspension is coming, but he probably got fined.
