I'd also list Smitty, Stewart, Olsen, Kalil (if he comes back healthy), Gross, LaFell (if we find another WR to be the 2), Charles Johnson, Beason (by years end he'll deserve to be in this group), Gamble, Kuechly, Nortman, Davis

The problem is many of these guys are aging... they don't have five more years.

It really isn't that bad. We're putting the pieces together. An entire rebuilding project. Remember when Detroit cleaned house, brought in a new quarterback, new coaches, etc? It took them a while and they are starting to turn it around. It takes time.
