yep...i remember ronde making some comments in a radio interview that gave the impression he had lost that team. i think he was constantly getting in arguments with players. when i saw what mcdaniels was doing in denver with cutler and that pissing fight they had i thought it reminded me of what was going on down in tampa.

the way gruden was handling the QB situation there was generally considered a joke by much of the league as well. he was pretty well known for not liking to deal with younger players and had quite the ego.
