Head coaching candidates..

In a perfect world this team needs a proven, veteran coach. If Jon Gruden got back in the game he would be my first choice. Jay Gruden, Rob Ryan would be worth a look as well. We all know Rivera looks as though he is constantly in way over his head. We really dont need to go down the laundry list again as to why he is not HC material. Who would you guys want to bring in?

Hell i even wouldnt mind Herm Edwards. I wish we could find our Jeff Fisher, a veteran coach that wants to coach again like a Herm or Gruden.

Im sorry but im afraid Rivera's goose is cooked.Either you got what it takes or you dont. Hes a statue and lost on the sidelines, at times he looks so out of it you wonder if he has a disorder and might not even realize where he is. Horrible decisions, no discipline, bad time management just awful all around. Infact I wish we could bring in a new HC coach during the bye so they can start implementing their system. I want a playcalling HC like a Kubiak who has a playcard on the sidelines. At this point the ONLY thing that would make me want to give Rivera another shot is a winning season. If he can get us 9-7 or better then no prob. If not, hes toast.

Maybe his is and maybe he isn't. I'd bet money he's going to be here next season. Either way, it's been 5 games. We wait all year for football season and now we have it so why jump to pointless speculation about next year.

doesn't have HC experience, but looks to be an up and comer, plus he's done some pretty damn good things with the defenses he's been part of.
