Of all the mistakes Hurney has made Rivera is the worst.

Is Schiano Fox 2.0?

Name 1 cut that turned out to be a bad decision...

Best roster top to bottom that I can remember

Go on record with your Hurney feelings here

For those of you who think lack of talent is a problem

Post your reasons for optimism from a coaching standpoint

In other words, find another gimmick.

Alright...., you get the youngest, most inexpeienced team and the fans demand you win every game in the toughest division with one of the toughest schedules. Who wants the job?

Our division is far from the toughest right now. This was our chance to capitalize. The saints are in dissaray, the Bucs still have a ways to go and we showed we have the talent to beat Atlanta.

Will it be that way next year when we hire a new coach for all these impatient haters though/ probably not. And we will still be young and somewhat inexperienced compared to everyone else. So who really wants a job this demanding. I'm just saying that rome was not built in a day a year or even half a century. Changing coaches next year won't do nothing but set us back another three. i would rather have 10 years of great football than one playoff appearance. If rivera wanted an immediate boom he would have bargained in fa, trades and even made a grab for peyton. but he is building a team to last for years to come. Sorry no body else seems to see that. The only thing i have disagreed with so far is letting Shockey go.

I like our roster. I am not comdemning our roster. I just don't like how we are using our roster. The coach is responsible for that.

Are we really using the young team card still? When the Packers won the Super Bowl a couple years ago they were the second youngest team in the NFL. We really are not that young any more. We have a lot of veterans on this team. We have a young QB but so does several other teams who are winning games. I dont understand the mentality of this team. We have to learn how to win? Wtf does that even mean? This is football and you guys are in the NFL. Shouldnt you already know how to win? You line up and beat the guy in front of you, its that simple. I put all of that on coaching. A team takes on the personality of its coach.
